Emerico’s Chili
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp dry basil
- 1 tbsp dry oregano
- 1 tbsp dry thyme

Instructions
- In a large pot fry meat and spices until meat is cooked. Add onions, garlic, and green pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cilantro. Simmer for 1 hour, then garnish with cilantro.

Wonton Soup
Ingredients
Filling
- 48 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb Lean Ground Pork or Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 thai chili red pepper
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp pure sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp thai spicy chili sauce
- 1 egg separated
Soup
- 12 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 thai chili red pepper
- 2 scallions sliced
- 1 cup sugar peas
- 2 cup baby bok choy
- 1 cup broccoli florets

Filling
- Fry up the pork or turkey in olive oil, with 1 thai red chili pepper, soy sauce, thai spicy chili sauce, scallions, ginger, garlic, parsley, sesame oil and mix thoroughly in.
- Allow filling to cool down and mix in the egg yolk.
- Add the filling into the wonton wrappers, use egg white for a tight seal.
Soup
- Bring the pot of 12 cups of chicken stock up to boil, add 1 thai red chili pepper, add wontons and cook for 9 minutes.
- Add the baby bok choy, scallions, broccoli florets and sugar peas and cook further for 2 minutes.
