Fry up the pork or turkey in olive oil, with 1 thai red chili pepper, soy sauce, thai spicy chili sauce, scallions, ginger, garlic, parsley, sesame oil and mix thoroughly in.
Allow filling to cool down and mix in the egg yolk.
Add the filling into the wonton wrappers, use egg white for a tight seal.
Soup
Bring the pot of 12 cups of chicken stock up to boil, add 1 thai red chili pepper, add wontons and cook for 9 minutes.
Add the baby bok choy, scallions, broccoli florets and sugar peas and cook further for 2 minutes.
